Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not offer returns; however, we do offer exchanges for store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase as long as the item has not been customized to the client's liking or tampered with. All exchanges are subject to approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased only on our website.

Store credits may be used towards purchases on nedarahmdesigns.com, purchases in our Chicago showroom, or bespoke bridal orders.

To protect our jewelry and your exchange, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Exchanges will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Neda Rahm Designs packaging.

  • Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE..
  • Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
  • Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

    NedaRahmDesigns reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

    This policy only applies to purchases made at NedaRahmDesigns.com.

    Exchange process for orders:

    • Contact us via email at NedaRahmDesigns@gmail.com to make the exchange request
    • Upon approval, begin putting your jewelry in a shipping box along with your exchange form. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging.
    • Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.
    • Bring your packaged box to a UPS or FedEx, depending on the label provided.
    • For domestic exchanges you will be charged shipping on your new order if it is under $500.
    • For international orders you will be charged for return shipping and shipping on your new order.

     Damages and Issues


    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
