Returns:
Returns are accepted only within the first 3 days of purchase, provided the item passes our quality inspection. All returns are subject to approval and apply only to items purchased on our website.
Quality inspection requirements:
- The item must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition, with the original Neda Rahm Designs packaging and any certificates or documents it came with.
- Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).
- Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.
- Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
To protect our jewelry and your return, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Returned items will be inspected before they are accepted. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable.
NedaRahmDesigns reserves the right to refuse a return of any purchase that does not meet the above requirements.
This policy only applies to purchases made at NedaRahmDesigns.com.
Return process:
- Contact us via email at NedaRahmDesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of purchase to request a return.
- Upon approval, pack your jewelry in its original packaging inside a shipping box.
- Attach the pre-paid label we provide to the shipping box.
- Bring your packaged box to a UPS or FedEx location, depending on the label provided.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
